Third, it adopted an ultra-deep construction method to overcome the dredging of the rope bucket. The "floating" phenomenon caused by the large flow rate during the construction of the ship. Due to the fluctuations and frequent fluctuations of the flood water level in the middle, the traditional way of setting up the ship on the shore for ship positioning construction can not meet the requirements of the medium flood construction. Therefore, they have adopted advanced technology such as GPS positioning system and depth sounder in construction, increasing the density of underwater measurement and mapping, and constantly correcting ultra-deep values ​​to ensure construction quality.

The practice of breaking the construction of floods in the middle of the flood means that the construction tasks of the Yangtze River channel remediation in the two dry seasons can now be completed within one year, and the channel that is conducive to remediation will be put into use in advance, which will further accelerate the “deep downstream and smooth middle reaches of the Yangtze River channel”. The extension of the “upstream” construction will create favorable conditions for the creation of the Yangtze River Golden Waterway.
