China's tea beverage packaging line begins with dry valve aseptic cold filling technology

Yunnan Hanjiang Beer Enterprise Group recently invested 250 million yuan to build the largest and most modernized original tea beverage production plant in Pu'er tea. Its raw materials are fresh leaves of native large leaf tea at an altitude of 1800 meters. In order to maintain the original ecology in the place of origin, there are very strict requirements on the production process. First of all, the traditional filling method, hot filling, is not allowed, and aseptic cold filling technology must be adopted. This puts higher technical requirements on manufacturers of filling equipment. The company has invested heavily in the introduction of dry valve aseptic cold filling technology from KHS.
Dry valve aseptic cold filling technology is a new aseptic cold filling technology developed by KHS. It was first applied in the original tea production line of Minjiang Beer Group in China. Today's filling technology in China is divided into two types: one is the more commonly used traditional hot filling method, and the other is the aseptic cold filling technology. There are many disadvantages in hot filling technology. Firstly, the limitation is large, and the application range is limited. Secondly, the energy consumption is large during operation and the running cost is high.
