T AIYO (formerly Sun Iron Works) launched a new series "ETD2" for electric diaphragm metering pumps. The electric diaphragm metering pump is characterized by no load fluctuation and stable flow. Due to the control through the inverter, the flow can be adjusted over a wide range. Mainly for the lubrication of lubricating oil, cutting oil and release materials. The new series has a maximum flow of 120L/min, which is 1.5 times that of the original series “ETDâ€. In addition, operating costs and CO2 emissions are reduced by approximately 80%, respectively.
The ETD2 series consists of three products with motor output powers of 0.4kW, 0.75kW and 1.50kW. The materials of each model are aluminum alloy and stainless steel. The maximum discharge pressure is 0.4 MPa. It conforms to the international protection grade IP44 (wires or solids with a diameter of 1mm or more do not intrude into the interior and are not affected by water in any direction). The price is 390,000 to 866,000 yen (excluding tax).
