(3) Before moving the frame, it is necessary to clean the front of the rack, floating coal and debris in the rack, no obstacles are allowed in the rack, and the jack and the base box of the bracket must be exposed. Due to the design and installation reasons, the connection strength between the front end of the lower end bracket and the two joints on the work surface is not enough. Before moving the upper and lower end brackets, two DZ-25 units must be used to lay the poles and one end to be in the frame. On the coal plate or the head frame, the other end is hit at the lower column of the adjacent frame, and the wire rope is fastened by 2 points to prevent the operator from being injured, and a special person is allowed to observe the change situation, and a special person is allowed to supply the liquid to the monomer in a distant place. When an abnormality is found, find out the cause and deal with it in time, and do not pull hard. When moving the frame, the upper and lower sides of the bracket are 5m in the front exit shed. (4) The shifting worker should stand on the base box and operate facing the coal wall. It is forbidden to lie in front of the base and between the upper and lower adjacent frames. No one should work or stay in the range of 3m in front of and below the bracket, and always pay attention to the frame. It is not allowed to smash the coal, climb the frame, avoid crushing the cable, water and oil pipelines, and make the bracket state meet the requirements after the frame is moved.

(5) The working face shifting frame should be chased by the machine. The moving frame is 4 to 6 sets behind the shearer. If the moving speed cannot catch up with the shearer, the speed of the coal machine should be controlled. If the top plate is broken, it must be stopped. Shelf or advance shifting.

(6) When the top plate is broken, it must be carried with a pressure shifting frame. The state of the bracket should be adjusted at any time during the moving process.

(7) Automatic spraying or manual spraying must be carried out when moving the frame. The spray effect can completely cover the full section of the roadway.

(8) In the process of moving the frame, if it is found that the roof is lost, the film gang must take over-maintenance measures in time.

(9) When moving the parallel work with the coal cutting, always pay attention to the load of the transporter. When the heavy load is heavy, the coal must be stopped, the top plate should be removed first, and then the coal should be cut.

(10) During the lifting process, pay attention to the extension of the side guard plate to prevent damage to the side guard plate or the phenomenon of the frame stretcher during the lifting. At the same time, pay attention to the position of the front beam and the adjacent frame of the bracket, so as to avoid the same level. The side guard plate height difference is more than 2/3.

(11) When lifting, give the bracket enough initial support force to reach 22.4MPa or more, and the bracket and the top plate should be in close contact. After the whole process of the moving frame is completed, the operating handle must be hit to zero, and no one should arbitrarily move.

(12) Due to the change of the working face length, when the coal is not cut at the upper and lower ends, a vibrating gun is placed at the corner, and the shed is manually cleaned and shed.
