Cummins Wins Again for Diversification of Products and Services

On June 11, 2018, it was learned that Cummins was once again selected by DiversityInc as one of the top 50 diversified companies. This is Cummins’s 12th consecutive year winning this award, further highlighting Cummins’ focus and determination to promote a diverse and inclusive culture in the workplace. This year, Cummins ranked 12th, which was further compared to 21st last year. More than 1,000 companies participated in the selection.

Kelley Creveling, Executive Director of Cummins Global Diversification and Good Work Environment, believes that with the deepening of globalization, it is increasingly important to attract and develop employees with diverse knowledge and skills on a global scale. In addition to being ranked among the top 50 diversified companies in 2018, Cummins ranked among the top three areas: supplier diversification, female leadership and diversified leadership.

Since 2001, DiversityInc has hosted the “Top 50 Diversified Companies” selection each year to recognize those companies that have performed well in a diverse field.
