According to the "Notice on Immediately Organizing the National Electricity Price Inspection," issued by the Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Supervision, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the State Electricity Regulatory Commission, and the National Energy Administration, the key inspection scope Including the power generation companies in violation of the national desulfurization price policy, do not follow the provisions of the desulfurization device put into operation desulfurization pricing behavior; power grid companies do not implement or reduce the standard implementation of desulfurization price, unauthorized deduction of desulfurization price behavior, and in violation of the state provisions of the on-grid tariff policy , Pressing down or disguisedly depressing the electricity price of power generation companies.
The "Notice" requires that local governments and their relevant departments must stop the implementation of ultra-privilege tariff concessions for high-energy-consuming enterprises and various industrial parks by May 10th, and the relevant ultra-rights documents must be immediately repealed. Power grid enterprises at all levels must implement new differential tariff policies for high-energy-consuming industries starting from June 1 in accordance with state regulations. Any areas that do not correct their own preferential electricity prices for high-energy-consuming enterprises and various industrial parks within the prescribed time limit will be publicly notified, and the supervisory organs will seriously pursue the administrative responsibilities of the relevant administrative leaders and department heads.
The six departments emphasized that the relevant power companies that do not strictly implement the state-differentiated electricity price, on-grid electricity price, and desulfurization electricity price policy shall be punished with a maximum penalty of 5 times in addition to the confiscation of all illegal prices. The typical cases of serious circumstances and poor quality are to be publicly exposed through the news media.
In order to promote the in-depth inspection work, the six departments including the National Development and Reform Commission will form six joint inspection teams and go to six large regions for key inspections.

In the case of triple offset valves the seat is made of metal so that it can be machined such as to achieve a bubble tight shut-off when in contact with the disc.
