Jiangsu Jiesheng develops new mooring winch

Jiangsu Jiesheng Anchoring Machine Co., Ltd. developed a new type of electric mooring winch on December 10, 2016, which will provide efficient and convenient mooring and towing solutions for small and medium-sized port tugboats.

Â Â Â Â Â It is reported that the new mooring winch has a rated pull force from 5KN to 2000KN, which can provide more mooring convenience for small work boats, tugs, motorized barges and offshore platforms. The ordering unit of the first batch of 120KN winch was the Pingyang Minjiang Ship Repairing Factory in Zhejiang. The yellow workers involved in the bench test were very satisfied with the structure, control system, appearance and on-site operating conditions of the winch.

Â Â Â Â Â The rated tension of the winch is 120KN, the cable speed is 15/12/9m/min, the maximum support load is 360KN, and the marine electromagnetic brake 30/30/22KW motor is adopted. Product control is switched between on-site and remote remote control. It has the characteristics of reliable performance, easy operation and beautiful appearance.
