Daqing Petrochemical Water Gas Plant adopts biotechnology to treat sewage gas

A few days ago, Daqing Petrochemical Water and Gas Plant adopted a biological air purification process to achieve a breakthrough in the treatment of waste gas. Total investment of more than 500 million yuan in chemical, acrylic fiber gas control equipment in the plant after the sewage plant put into use, hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen cyanide, benzene three major export pollutants to achieve 100% pass rate.
It is understood that this set of equipment with a treatment capacity of 2000m3/h mainly deals with odorous gases generated from 7 sewage pools, including chemical raw water tanks, sludge thickening tanks, acrylic fiber anoxic tanks, and aeration tank mixing chambers. The system uses microorganisms to degrade odorous substances and make them oxidation products. The degraded hydrogen sulphide-containing odor is first dissolved in the spray bath and then oxidized by the immobilized biological filter material. The oxidized hydrogen sulfide in the odor is converted into sulfate, and the organic odor is oxidized to carbon dioxide and water, thereby achieving The purpose of odorless and harmless emissions.
The device has the characteristics of low operating cost, high removal rate, low secondary pollution, energy saving, high safety and stability. The device is automated through the PLC control system and can perform on-line analysis of liquid level control, import and export, and indoor hydrogen sulfide poison gas, and automatically adjust the operating status through test data. The sampling analysis of the environmental protection monitoring station shows that after the device is put into use, 168 kg of hydrogen sulfide, 14 kg of hydrogen cyanide, and 65 kg of benzene can be reduced annually.
