What should you watch out for when using new or overhauled gasoline generators?
Do not exceed the specified range when refueling and watering the gasoline generator. Otherwise it will cause damage to the gasoline generator. Under normal temperature, the gasoline generator should check the amount of fuel and oil, and start the motor to rotate the gasoline generator: the gasoline engine is at idle speed and no load when the engine is started, and the starter motor switch is turned off immediately after the diesel engine starts to fire; the starting motor rotation should not exceed 10s. The next operation will be separated by more than 1 min. For a smooth start, the oil pump can be used to pump the oil manually, or the fuel filter cap can be loosened and the fuel connector bolts can be separately detached to remove air from the fuel and check that the oil path is unobstructed. Immediately after the start of ignition, it should enter the idling operation for more than 5 minutes.
Gasoline generator running-in: It is recommended for the first 50h for a new or overhauled gasoline generator grinder.
Running-in considerations:
1. The gasoline generator should run at a fast idle speed until the temperature of the gasoline generator becomes normal operating conditions.
2. Should avoid overload or continuous high-speed operation.
3. Prevent high-speed no-load operation.
4. Avoid sudden start and stop of gasoline generator.
5. The gasoline generator speed must be less than 70% of the maximum speed.
6. Must be thoroughly checked after running-in.
â–³ Check the oil level in time when running-in. When the speed of the gasoline generator rises and the temperature of the oil decreases, the oil pressure rises.
â–³ Check the gasoline generator water temperature meter to ensure that the cooling water temperature is normal.
â–³ When the running-in is completed, the oil and oil filter must be replaced.
