The world's first straw full-element production line put into production in southern Anhui

On June 6th, the project of comprehensive utilization of straw for all elements of Shandong Jiahe Biological Co., Ltd., which invested 270 million yuan, was formally put into production in Funan County. The project adopts bio-engineering technology with independent intellectual property rights. With various plant straws as raw materials, it can produce pulp, ethanol, compound fertilizers and other products in one batch. Once all production is completed, it can process 200,000 tons of straw each year.

The project has three national invention patents, 100% conversion of all elements of straw into products, and zero discharge and zero pollution in the pulp production process. This is the first case in the world. The project uses a variety of plant stalks as raw materials, integrates multidisciplinary, especially the latest technology in the field of bio-engineering, applies bio-fermentation, countercurrent extraction technology, degradation, extraction of oligosaccharides, cellulose and other stalks. After all the projects are completed, they can produce 100,000 tons of cellulose (pulp), 100,000 tons of bio-organic fertilizer, and 20,000 tons of fuel ethanol. This will become a demonstration project for energy conservation, emission reduction, green energy, and low-carbon economy.
