I. After the National Industrial Truck Standardization Technical Committee will issue a new implementation standard, the “Opinions” will be issued. The State will set fuel consumption limit values ​​and measurement method standards for internal combustion engine products, energy-saving and environmentally friendly internal combustion engine product technical standards, and study and formulate alternative fuel internal combustion engine product technologies. Standards and internal combustion engine remanufacturing process technology, product quality, production management, and other standards, the corresponding industrial vehicles will also introduce some corresponding standards, although there will be many domestic "appropriate policies have countermeasures," the relevant standards, After the introduction of regulations, it is more difficult to implement, but this is a policy-oriented norm for national development and a guide for the development of the industry. Industrial vehicles have their own implementation standards. It is inevitable, but only a matter of time.

Secondly, environmental protection has been increasingly emphasized by major OEMs. 1) Innovations have been made in the technologies of their own companies. For example, improvements will be made to the exhaust after-treatment devices of forklifts, particulate traps, exhaust gas recirculation systems, etc., to enhance exhaust The coordination between the processing device and the entire machine improves the consistency of product production and use, and the reliability and durability of the product.

2) The complete machine manufacturers will gradually phase out those diesel engine suppliers that do not meet the requirements. Currently, the entire industry is price-oriented, which will inevitably affect the quality of the products. The diesel engine supporting manufacturers will carry out technological innovations to break through key energy-saving and emission-reduction key technologies for internal combustion engine products. Enterprises will set up technical research centers to accelerate technological innovations to strengthen their independent innovation capabilities; and those key core technologies will lack energy-saving and emission reduction technologies. The standard system is not perfect, and high-energy-consumption, high-emission, low-performance internal combustion engine companies will gradually be eliminated by the industry.

4. The proportion of oil, gas, and electricity in the sales of domestic forklift trucks will change. At present, diesel engines account for about 70% of domestic sales of forklift trucks. In the future, the proportion of battery forklifts may gradually increase, and there is more room for increase. There are also some forklifts fueled by environmentally friendly energy such as LNG (mainly methane for LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), which may also be welcomed by the market, such as natural gas single fuel and natural gas/diesel dual fuel, gasoline/methanol double The gradual promotion of fuel, diesel/methanol dual fuel-fueled forklifts and some new energy sources such as iron batteries and fuel cells is also a trend.

V. End-users will find ways to eliminate some unqualified diesel engines. For example, the industry has already issued corresponding standards that are not implemented in accordance with the standards and may take measures to implement the end users of forklifts. To promote the healthy and sustainable development of the industry, the consumption philosophy and demand structure of the construction machinery industry will be compared. For large changes, the general customers will choose some low-emission, low-noise, low-fuel multicylinder diesel engine, or choose some other LNG, LPG fuel and electric and other environmentally friendly forklifts.
