The Harbin Chemical Industry Association was established recently and attracted more than 50 chemical companies to join the conference. Chemical companies’ external cooperation lacks channels for communication and exchange. Most small and medium-sized petrochemical enterprises operate in a scattered manner. The competition is disorderly, management and services are not in place, and social and public security risks are extremely high. Under this background, the Harbin Chemical Industry Association came into being and will provide services for chemical companies to enhance their independent innovation level and market competitiveness.
