The exquisite two factories have won the title of "National Scene Management Star Field"!

On December 12th, 2017, the 2017 National Site Management Star Rating Assessment and the National Quality Trustworthy Team Experience Exchange Conference hosted by the China Quality Association were held in Xiamen. Linglong Tire PCR Factory No.6 and TBR-2 Plant were awarded the honorary titles of “National Four-Star on Site Management” and “National Three-Star on-site Management” respectively.

Facing the fierce market competition environment, in order to further enhance the on-site management level of the company and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, in 2017, Linglong Tire strengthened the lean production in the enterprise, and selected Zhaoyuan headquarters PCR 6th plant and TBR-2 plant. The two manufacturing plants, as benchmarking units for lean management, further promoted the use of lean manufacturing at the manufacturing site, and used this as an opportunity to report on the nationwide site management star rating activities. In the end, the two benchmarking pilot units have passed the national star rating of on-site management, which fully demonstrates that the Linglong tire lean management project has achieved initial success.
