The main building of the vehicle and dump truck has been completed by the end of 2007 and equipment installation is currently under way. The third phase of the project is also under construction. Huang Bingfu, chairman of Xinhuaxu, said that after the completion of the third phase of the project, the company will have 60,000 square meters of factory buildings, with an annual capacity of 15,000 special vehicles.

Huang Bingfu told reporters that this special vehicle project relied on the strong product research and development and technical support of FAW Group to lay out three special vehicle welding, painting and assembly production lines. After two years of construction, Xinhuaxu realized the expansion of single-type semi-trailers to dump trucks, vans, and tank trucks. At present, there are six categories of nearly 30 special-purpose vehicles that have been included in the national announcement management.
