Crank connecting rod mechanism: It is the main moving part of the gasoline engine. It can convert the energy generated by fuel combustion through pistons, piston pins, connecting rods, crankshafts and flywheels into mechanical energy, including crankshafts, connecting rods, pistons, and piston pins. Piston pin retainer, piston pin bushing, piston ring, main bearing, connecting rod, thrust bearing, crankshaft front and rear oil seal, flywheel, shock absorber, etc.

3) Detecting the protection performance of the unit: Using the instrument to simulate and issue low oil pressure, high cooling water temperature, over voltage, etc. The unit should immediately start the protection function and make an alarm.
4) The phase sequence table is used for the nuclear phase of the mains and generator power supply. The phase sequence should be consistent.
5) Unit load test: The unit generates power at rated speed, check the main indicators of the unit with load operation, respectively, run at 25% load for 1 hour, 50% load for 1 hour, 75% load for 2 hours and 100% load Run for 0.5 hours, test results should meet the unit design requirements.
6) Full-load test of the unit: Perform all performance tests of the unit under full-load conditions and complete the unit's full-load operating time as required.
