2.3 sealed structural features

3 material selection

3.1 metal materials

3.2 friction material

3.3 Auxiliary sealing material

4 sealed industrial operation test and failure analysis

Seal design and processing of the above parameters into products, initially used in liquid nitrogen tank truck unloading pump, after 4-5 hours of operation, the mechanical seal leaked; remove the seal can be seen bellows cracking.

Detection and judgment:

(1) Check the factory parameters, the free height of the bellows has not changed;

Possible reasons for the above situation:

5. Conclusion
