STANDARD CONFIGRAUTIO
♦ Controller adopts 3.2"LCD for easy operation;
♦ Equipped with the design of 7-day automatic start/stop timer.the unit temperature can be converted between ºFand ºC;
♦ Effective shell-and-coil condenser with excellent conductivity, greatly speeding up cooling process and saving energy;
♦ P.I.D multi-stage temperature control system can maintain a mould temperature with accuracy of ±0.5ºC;
♦ Adopts high efficiency water cycle pump,which can meet the demands of temperature control for precise moulds and mould loop with minor diameter t achieve precise temperature control and high efficiency heat exchange.Pump inside adopts stainless steel to avoid explosion;
♦ For standard, the heating temperature can reach120ºC,while for high temperature type,it can reach160ºC;
♦ The high temperature type adopts magnetic pump with stable performance and no leakage. especially suitable for long-term homothermal occasion;

APPLICATION
The oil heaters have both the standard ,high temperature and High temperature high pressure models,which are used to heat up the mould and maintain temperature,although they can be used in other similar applications. Mould backwater is used directly (standard type) and indirectly (high temperature type) which is compressed by bumps, send to the heating tank and finally to the mould with a constant temperature.With our optimised design,It can reach a maximum of 200ºC and the new temperature controller can maintain an accuracy of 1±℅.
