The State Council notice re-emphasizes the protection of agricultural supplies

To fully tap potash production potential, speed up new capacity building, and strive to increase domestic potash fertilizer supply, it is necessary to continue to strictly control the export of chemical fertilizers and raw materials, improve the policies and procedures for off-season reserves of chemical fertilizers, increase the scale of reserves, and ensure that there is no shortage of reserves. It is necessary to further rectify and standardize the fertilizer market order, reduce circulation, reduce circulation costs, strengthen price and quality supervision, and severely crack down on various behaviors such as price violations, production and business operations, and counterfeiting of agricultural materials. It is necessary to increase input and support for scientific fertilization, guide farmers to scientific and rational fertilization, increase organic fertilizers, and increase fertilizer utilization.
