The construction of the first electric propulsion trawler in China is basically completed.

In order to realize the application of electric propulsion energy-saving and emission reduction technology in the traditional fishing boat field, the agricultural industry research project “Key technology research and major equipment development for fishery energy conservation” is used as the platform, and the China Ocean Fishing Boat Research Center (Water Science Institute of Fisheries and Shanghai) Hangsheng Ship Design Co., Ltd. was established in cooperation with the North Vehicle Group Yongji New Speed ​​Co., Ltd. to jointly develop electric power to promote standardized fishing vessels. After nearly one year of technical research by researchers from both sides, the first domestic self-owned intellectual property rights of 36.5 meters The electric propulsion trawler has completed the construction of the plant and will soon carry out mooring and navigation tests.
Since the electric propulsion fishing vessel is the domestic first system, the current fishing vessel mooring and navigation test specifications do not address the regulatory requirements for electric propulsion systems. In order to improve the ship's electric propulsion mooring and navigation test program to ensure the safety and reliability of the ship, on April 29, the seminar on the test procedures for fishing boats' electric propulsion fishing vessels was held at the Fisheries Institute of the Chinese Academy of Water Sciences in Shanghai. Shanghai Fishing Vessel Inspection Bureau, Fujian Fisheries Law Enforcement Brigade, CNR Group Yongji New Speed ​​Co., Ltd., CSSC No. 708, Changshu Reiter Electric Co., Foshan Paineng Power Company, Shanghai Hangsheng Ship Design Co., Ltd., etc. More than 30 leaders and experts attended the seminar to discuss the electric propulsion test procedures applicable to fishing vessels and to standardize the ship's test program. At the meeting, everyone enthusiastically spoke and seriously reviewed and put forward many valuable opinions on the specifications of electric propulsion fishing mooring and navigation test. The "36.5m electric propulsion trawler mooring and navigation test program" was initially formed, which provided the first ship to be launched in May. The technical basis of the test plan will play a technical guiding role in the formulation of test specifications for electric propulsion vessels.
The application of electric propulsion technology on fishing vessels will promote the upgrading of fishing vessel industry technology, optimize the fishing vessel power system and improve the level of energy conservation and emission reduction of fishing vessels.
