Compared with similar imported equipment, the CNC grinding machine developed by Qi Yan has a manufacturing cost that is only 1/4 of that of imported equipment. Each unit can save more than 1.5 million yuan in procurement costs. In terms of machining accuracy, the CNC honing machine can process precision. Accurate to 0.003mm, far exceeding the 0.01mm machining accuracy of similar imported equipment, at the same time, the single product processing speed increased from 1 minute to 27 seconds, which greatly improved the work efficiency.
