On March 13, CSSC Complete Logistics Co., Ltd. and Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. Raw Materials Purchasing Center signed a scrap steel strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai.
According to the agreement, the two parties will establish a scrap supply model for the direct supply of end-users to the waste-producing enterprises. The CSIC Complete Logistics Co., Ltd. will provide the processed scrap steel materials to Baoshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., thereby reducing the intermediate links of scrap sales and regulating scrap. The sales operation process enhances the value of scrap.
It is also understood that the agreement also specifies the types of scrap, the quantity, and the source of resources for cooperation between the two parties. At the signing ceremony, the responsible persons of the two parties discussed the details of the cooperation and expressed their confidence in the long-term cooperation in the future.
