(1) On-board pump-type flow refueling tanker The oil separator is equipped with a filter, which consists of a copper wire mesh and a felt net cover. A triangular cover on the side wall of the separator can remove the filter. The filter of the combination pump dispenser is installed in the oil inlet. The submersible pump dispenser is equipped with a special filter box. Open the end cap to remove the filter. The filter should be cleaned regularly with petrol (usually at least once a month), the damage should be replaced, and the dirt in the oil machine removed to protect the oil pump and flow meter.

(2) The relief valve adjustment screw on the onboard pump and combination pump is used to adjust the pressure of the pump, and then regulate the oil discharge amount of the mobile refueling tanker. It is adjusted at the factory. After long-term use, if the oil discharge rate drops, the adjustment screw can be tightened inwards to increase the pump pressure, but it does not exceed 0.3 MPa, so that the oil discharge capacity meets the requirements.

(3) The combined pump-type mobile refueling tanker is only suitable for underground tanks. If high tanks are used, the exhaust pipe will be exposed to oil and the exhaust pipe must be blocked.

(4) When using the oil gun, avoid using the oil filling pipe of the oil gun to hit the oil container, press the switch and other abnormal operations, so as to avoid damaging the oil gun and causing oil leakage. Check and tighten the stop screws on the filling pipe regularly to prevent loosening and damage to the root of the filling pipe.

(5) The underground oil tanks should be regularly cleaned to keep the oil clean.

(6) The adjustment of the accuracy of the whole machine shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "JJG443-86 Fuel Dispenser Verification Regulations."

(7) Check the electrical part of the mobile refuelling vehicle must first cut off the power supply, and avoid electrification. Do not damage the flameproof surface when opening the explosion-proof box. The foreign matter in the explosion-proof cavity during reassembly shall be cleaned, the cable sealing shall be good, the metal pads and gaskets shall not be lost, the number of screws shall be sufficient, and the tightening shall be reliable to ensure the explosion-proof performance of the electrical components.
