A heavy burden on the localization of hydrogenation reactors

It has produced more than 400 large-scale hydrogenation pressure vessels at home and abroad, with an output value of more than 14 billion yuan. In recent years, a new type of hot-wall hydrogenation reactor precursor material and a kiloton reactor have been successfully developed. In 2006, Yizhong developed the world's largest 2,000 ton-grade coal liquefaction hydrogenation reactor, marking that a heavy manufacturing technology for hydrogen pressure vessels has reached the international advanced level.
According to Yu Zhaoqing, deputy general manager of Yizhong Group, the company owns a powerful national technical center in the industry and the only national engineering research center for heavy-duty technical equipment. It has mastered the finite element stress analysis technology for pressure shells and has designed and manufactured. A large number of refinery hydrogenation reactors have mature technologies and experience in materials, heat treatment, and welding, as well as the basis for the development of large-scale PTA hydrogenation reactors.
In June 2006, Yihong Heavy Industries conducted a technical inspection of the large-scale hydrogenation reactor of Xianglu Petrochemical's 1.5 million tons/year PTA project. After technical exchange, Xianglu Petrochemical believes that it has the capability to develop large and super-large PTA hydrogenation reactors. .
In January of this year, the company undertook the manufacture of a hydrogenation reactor for the 600,000-tonne PTA project of Fujian Jialong Petrochemical Fibers and Fibre Co., Ltd.; in February, it also contracted the 600,000 tons/year PTA project of Dalian Yisheng Dahua Petrochemical Co., Ltd. Hydrogen reactor design and manufacturing.
On March 26th, two heavy hydrogenation reactors manufactured for Dalian Petrochemical's 3.6 million-ton/year hydrocracking unit were successfully hoisted in place. The hydrogenation reactor is currently the largest domestic reactor in Asia and even in Asia. It has high technical requirements, is difficult to manufacture, and is extremely challenging.
On March 29th, Yiju and Yizheng Chemical Fiber exchanged technical discussions on a 1 million-ton/year PTA hydrogenation reactor. Both Yizheng Chemical Fiber and Sinopec Shanghai Engineering Co., Ltd. believe that a heavy-duty PTA hydrogenation reactor manufacturing capacity is available.
On July 1, the first 2 1/4Cr-1Mo-1/4V steel hydrogenation reactor developed by the company passed the results appraisal of Sinopec, and the conclusions reached the international advanced level.
In addition, the recent success has also successfully designed and manufactured 15,000 tons of heavy-duty free-forging hydraulic presses with the largest tonnage and most advanced technology in the world and successfully tested. This will provide important hardware conditions for the production of heavy forgings and greatly enhance the hydrogenation reaction including petrochemicals. The manufacture of large-scale pressure vessels, including devices, is of great significance to China's efforts to accelerate the revitalization of major equipment manufacturing.
