The largest domestic phosphate rock flotation device put into operation

China's largest phosphate rock flotation device—Yuntianhua Yunnan Phosphor Chemicals Group Co., Ltd. has an annual output of 4.5 million tons of flotation plant. It has successfully commissioned trials in recent days. It has been selected for phosphate ore with a raw ore grade of about 23%, and produced by flotation. A qualified flotation phosphate rock product with an average grade of about 28.5% and a magnesium content of about 1%.

According to the introduction of Kunyang Phosphorus Mine Deputy Director and the director of the 450-ton-class flotation plant, the whole set of flotation devices began a stand-alone test in late August and started trial feeding in late September. The entire process has been opened. The amount of ore entering the test reached 100 tons/hour, the highest grade of floatation phosphate concentrate was about 28.8%, and the trial of feeding and batching progressed smoothly. The next step of the plant will continue to improve the technical indicators of the entire process to ensure that the quality of the produced phosphate concentrate products is more stable.
