From January to June, it completed a total investment of RMB 249,495,600. The project quality was all qualified and no safety or quality accidents occurred.
From January to June, the company's 600,000 tons/year methanol-to-olefins project completed a total investment of 104,257,800 yuan. The special evaluation of the project is carried out according to plan. The environmental capacity of the new environmental impact assessment has been approved by the County Environmental Protection Bureau and is scheduled to be submitted to the National Development and Reform Commission for approval in September. Through a detailed comparison of the characteristics and technical advantages of various technological solutions, the project determined the technological route, issued an inquiry letter to all patent companies, completed the comparison and selection of patented technologies, and reviewed the DMTO technology import contract. The DMTO process technology package was officially launched.
From January to June, the Company's coke ovens for No. 5 and No. 6 coke ovens completed a cumulative investment of 27,397,200 yuan and completed 119.12% of the annual plan. At present, 95% of the project's civil engineering entities are completed, and 85% of the installation projects are completed. It is expected that stand-alone and linkage tests will begin in August.
At present, the company has concentrated its efforts on solving the problem of water gas desulfurization, cost reduction, and full-load operation of the existing methanol plant, and implemented the reform of the coke oven gas and water gas desulfurization system at the methanol plant. On July 11, the renovation project of the 200,000-ton/year methanol reconstruction project was completed and it was successfully started on July 13. At present, the civil engineering for air separation, compression, conversion, and desulfurization of the 200,000-ton/year methanol renovation and expansion project is under construction.
