The Changsha Mine Institute independently developed the machine for successful deep sea exploration.

The reporter learned from the Changsha Mine Institute that two deep-sea 1.5-meter shallow-sand core sampling rigs independently developed by the Institute of Oceans of the Institute successfully completed the sampling investigation of the seabed resources of the deep sea cobalt-rich crust of the 29th voyage of the “Ocean 6” scientific research ship. This is also the third consecutive year that the rig has participated in the Ocean Scientific Examination for the following voyages after 23 voyages and 27 voyages. A total of more than 160 stations have been completed, exceeding the task of investing in the deep sea shallow drilling scheduled for the Ocean voyage.
It is understood that two second-generation deep-sea 6,000-meter optical cable tows jointly developed by Changsha Mines and Beijing Pioneer High-tech Development Co., Ltd. have successfully carried out the Ocean 30 voyage sea test.
The outer frame of the tow body is bent and welded by steel pipe, which is overly sleek and beautiful.
