It should be noted that this type of hand-held brix meter needs to be calibrated before measurement. The calibration method is:
1. Open the cover, drop 3-4 drops of calibration liquid onto the prism, and cover the cover so that no bubbles can be generated;
2. Look in from the eyepiece to see if the blue and white dividing line is on the "0" scale. If not, please use the built-in screwdriver to turn left and right at the correct point and adjust it to the "0" scale line;
3. Wipe off the moisture with wet wipes or the rag that comes with the instrument.

The reading method of the digital display brix meter is relatively simple and convenient. After the measurement is completed, the measurement data will be directly displayed on the display of the instrument, and the value can be directly read. This type of brix meter needs to be zeroed before testing. The specific method is to use distilled water to zero-adjust the brix meter.

After the test is completed, all need to be cleaned. Rinse the Brix meter and juicer with clean water, and wipe the water droplets with a paper towel.
