China Petroleum won 10 awards as the biggest winner

Sinochem New Network News On December 26th, the 2013-2014 National Quality Project Award Recognition Conference was held in Beijing. The conference commended 212 projects (including 11 offshore projects) that won the National Quality Project Award, including 16 petroleum and chemical related projects. China Petroleum became the biggest winner. There were a total of 10 major projects that participated in the construction of the award and two gold prizes were included in the bag.
Ten projects won the National Gold Award for Quality Engineering this year, including the Dalian LNG Project and the Central Asia Gas Pipeline Project. The Dalian LNG project was constructed and declared by PetroChina Dalian LNG Corporation, and was contracted by China Ryukyu Engineering Co., Ltd. and China Petroleum Engineering Design Corporation Dalian Branch EPC. The Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Project is declared by the China Petroleum Pipeline Bureau and will be built by the China-Kazakhstan joint venture and the Sino-Ukrainian joint venture.
202 projects won the National Quality Project Award. Including CNPC Guangxi Petrochemical 10 million tons/year oil refining project, Daqing Refining & Chemical Company 300,000 tons/year polypropylene (second phase) project, Dushanzi national oil reserve base project, and Shenhua Wuhai Energy Co., Ltd. 300,000 tons /year coke oven gas to methanol project, Anhui Wuye coke co-production methanol project, an annual output of 600,000 tons of methanol project, Rizhao-Yizheng crude oil pipeline and ancillary engineering projects, Rizhao Port, Zhaoshan Port area, 300,000-ton crude oil dock project, Zhejiang Fourteen oil and chemical related projects such as headquarters office and research and development building of Xinhecheng Co., Ltd.
With the introduction and promotion of the national “Belt and Road†strategy, more and more Chinese project investors, contractors, and construction companies have sailed to the sea. This year, the National Quality Project Award also selected 11 high-quality offshore projects. Two overseas projects such as the Central Asia Natural Gas Pipeline Project won the National Gold Award for Quality Engineering, Chad H Block - N’Djamena Crude Oil Pipeline Project, Kazakhstan-China II Nine overseas projects including the first-phase (Kenkeak-Kumkree) crude oil pipeline project and the Vietnam (Coalhead) fertilizer project were awarded national quality projects.
Li Pumin, secretary general of the National Development and Reform Commission, attended the commendation meeting. He pointed out: "The quality management of the award-winning project represents the highest level of China's engineering construction, and it is hoped that the majority of engineering construction enterprises will use advanced science and technology to upgrade the production and management level of the project construction and promote the modernization of the construction industry. Livelihood."
The commendation meeting was sponsored by the China Construction Enterprise Management Association. Representatives from more than 800 companies in the fields of construction, survey, design, construction, supervision, and other engineering construction participated in the meeting. (Shi Wen)
