The 2004 Beijing International Automobile Exhibition held from June 9th to 16th, Wan Jifei, chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade recently stated that the 2004 Beijing International Automobile Exhibition will be held from June 9 to June 16 next year. The auto show will take the China International Exhibition Center as the main venue and the National Agricultural Exhibition Center as the branch venue with a total scale of 120,000 square meters. The Beijing International Auto Show was established in 1990 and has grown to be the largest professional auto show in China in more than ten years. In 2002, the scale of the exhibition has reached 80,000 square meters. According to the organizer, it has become one of the top ten automobile exhibitions in the world.
