c. Continue to rotate the hand wheel counterclockwise, the spool moves upwards to the fully open position. At this time, the medium pressure is greatly reduced, a large amount of impurities can be directly discharged from the orifice of the valve sleeve, and a vortex is formed at the inverted seal seat. Clean the sealing surface to prevent impurities from adhering to the sealing surface.
2 valve closing process:
a. Rotate the valve clockwise, the valve stem drives the valve core down, at this time the sewage has ended, the system pressure is lower, the orifice area on the valve sleeve gradually decreases, the guide sleeve is close to the valve seat, and the medium flow is changed, medium After throttling, the valve and the valve are used as sealing surfaces at a certain speed to gradually strengthen the cleaning of the sealing surface.
b. Continue turning the handwheel. The flow guide seat on the valve plug enters the inner hole of the valve seat to form a narrow slit throttle. Since the draining is near the end, there is less impurity in the medium. The narrow gap between the guide sleeve and the valve seat prevents the remaining. The tiny impurities flow into the sealing surface, and the medium quickly flows out through the narrow gap, thoroughly cleaning the sealing surface, and ensuring zero leakage when the sealing pair contacts.
c. Continue turning the handwheel and the valve plug and seal seat are in contact. Sealed.
