The 2010 China Changzhou Advanced Manufacturing Technology Exhibition Fair was held in Changzhou Science and Education City from May 17th to 19th. During the period, a total of 105 projects were signed on the site of the talks, and the total amount of technical cooperation agreements signed reached 299 million yuan.
In the past three days, Changzhou City has concentrated on displaying advanced manufacturing technologies at home and abroad, as well as five major industries such as equipment manufacturing, electronic information, new energy, new materials, and biological medicine, and ten power transmission and transformation equipment in Changzhou. The communication and docking platform between the academic achievements and the needs of enterprises will promote the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements. At the same time, the city has successively launched the 2010 China Equipment Manufacturing Technology and Industry Cooperation Summit Forum, the High-end Forum on Lithium-ion Battery Development Status and Challenges, the International Symposium on Functional Textiles and New Materials and Low-Carbon Economy, and the R&D and Development of Tsinghua Micro-Electric Vehicles. A number of sub-activities such as the ground-breaking ceremony for the trial industrialization base (first phase), the demonstration of environmental protection and practical technology supermarkets, the industry-university-research-and-study matchmaking forum, the cooperation forum for the production of green composite materials and manufacturing technologies, and many others. A total of more than 150 experts and professors from institutes affiliated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences, foreign universities, and foreign scientific research institutions have attracted more than 800 participants. Only 1,600 companies have participated in the fair in Changzhou.
